ADSL Top-Up

I think an interesting article would be the limitations of local bandwidth for each ISP. I read somewhere that cybersmart's local accounts are subject to more aggressive shaping?
 
What good is the local banwidth cap if it far exeeds the local content available :)

I don't think I'll ever need to top up local bandwidth.
 
One day... 2030 methinks... we'll get to purchase 30 GB (something we can actually use) for R70. Roll on those days when I'll be old, grey and no less jaded.
