Cybersmart 384k user here, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

Test 1: 337kb/s download 107kb/s upload 112ms ping (CT to JHB)
Test 2: http://www.speedtest.net/result/300158009.png (London) 1120ms!
Test 3: http://www.speedtest.net/result/300158599.png (Paris) 707ms.
Test 4: http://www.speedtest.net/result/300159229.png (Sweden)

The reason I did Paris and Sweden is because that is where most of the WoW EU servers are situated (I think?). As this is the most likely avenue for noticing when something is fishy with SA - EU latency, I posted that.

I wonder how your route to sweden is. It can't be over London or Paris.
Try Madrid, Amsterdam and Franfurt please.

But there is no direct connection to sweden, it must run across europe.
If you want - try more european servers. :D
