ADSL with vox telecom

I'm hoping the account performs better than the sales department. I applied on the 1st for an account. Still waiting. Apparently monday 9:30 it will be sorted!
 
Does anyone know what the throttle threshhold on the 10meg uncapped package is with vox?
I spoke to a representative but he didn't seem to want to tell me :/.
 
throttling on the bolt-on? i don't think there is any. one i have on 10mbps performs well. cannot complain.

The bolt-on is throttled to 10Mbps. No good for VDSL users.

I also having this funny feeling they're going to be limiting it more in coming months and they probably won't tell you about it either.
 
Yeah, Bolt-on is limited to 10Mbit.

Also lots of issues with the Western Cape on Vox at the moment :/
 
Maybe more exchange-related? I'm not feeling the impact of the issues. Maybe I'm just inattentive. Everything streams in HD at least.

Hi, is there some official statement on this Western Cape issue? I've had slow speeds and they said the same thing to me, would be nice to be able to follow some Support page to understand when this will be resolved.

No official word from Vox as far as I am aware and no estimated time as to when the issue will be resolved unfortunately.
