I have a Siemens Giga 762SX modem supplied by Telkom which is my ISP. Everything worked fine, Lan and wireless connections up to one night when we had a power failure. Since then, I can only connect with my LAN cable. I have reset my modem, spend hours on the line with Telkom. Checked and rechecked my settings. None of my my 2 laptops that previously connected wireless connects now.

Any idea what the problem is? On my laptops, it shows the connection is made but when I open IE I cannot go to any internet site. I cant seem to get any data through.

after you reset your do not restore the back up of your config file. Do a hard reset and test if it connects before you input security settings

Hmm....if you're on Windows XP try delete the wireless network, and re-connect....

*Louross if you reset the router then you must configure your wireless settings again and make sure you ISP account details are saved on the router.
*Luketang if you want to configure your wireless you login to the router by going to your web browser and by the address bar you type 10.0.0.2 and the username and password is admin.Click Advanced>Configuration>LAN>Wireless. You can configure your wireless settings and make sure you have internet access on your router.I dont see any reason why it can not connect you after doing that!;)
