done that on monday already, phone them at least 2 times a day and have been told its been escalated but they can't give me a no to contact for more details, they just say I have to wait until the escalation center or the techie contacts me
congrats Lycanthrope, you back.. Odd hey, I am in Durbanville and got the same spin from the tech dude when he called.... died/a switch tripped at the DSLAM... go figure!! Must be on the list of options to answer when quired by a customer![]()

Guess what, I'm still without adsl.
Someone higher up in hellkom at least now told me that lightning busted the cards in the exchange / dslam or whichever we have but it still seem that they are in no hurry to replace them.
