That BMW one seems to only be in Joburg...havent been for one, but presumably its best to go with the guys that do the course in cars that resemble or are the same as your current car.
You wont use your own car.

I've done Audi's advanced driving course at Kyalami. Excellent course, starts at 9am and finishes around 5pm...Can anyone recommend any courses in Gauteng area.

There no cons only pros
It's money well spent as they show you the importance of life saving mechanisms like ABS and ESP traction control and how to effectively use them in driving situations.
All in all a very informative and entertaining exercise..
