My head hurts and it is too early in the eve. I might take a look at it tomorrow.
 
might be a good idea to focus purely on the input: capital, labour etc

whatever % of the total input 350k represents (plus her time and her mom's nanny/cleaner expenses) could for example be the % stake allocated to your partner

This is most fair, head also hurts from reading everything.

Dont over complicate things.

Also make sure you paying tax actually all of you receiving rental income for that matter. Sars is looking closer at at bnbs now more than ever

Agreed, the OP is rude, which is rather strange considering he's the one asking for free advice on an Internet forum.

What makes it really funny is that somehow he seems to think that he needs to take the potential future inheritance of his partner into account, so the joke is actually on him, he includes every last bit of irrelevant info, but misses the most important and relevant advice. :laugh:

Then he gets ticked off, deletes his post, and goes to sulk in the corner :ROFL: :laugh:
