Did you notice that levies of R1100 are excluded from the rental price? That will bring your total rent to R8300...
But for the location, furnished and its a 2bed R8300 is not bad

Some actual advice from me...

Other than your deposit, make sure you have at least 15k in the bank before you move out.

You may need a fridge, stove, electricity deposit, telkom deposit etc etc etc...
Always pay cash for these things, don't buy on credit.

You don't want to make a big boohah about moving out, then finding you have f all money and have to move in with mom again.
