Hi guys..

We've been on a 3-line Bonded Adsl solution with Mweb for about 3 years now. It's been good to be honest in the past - but recently, just seems to have lost it's magic. Slower and slower - and previously watching streaming videos on Supersport used to be like real time, now mostly we get buffering. Either that - or our network's just outgrown the solution.

I am seriously now considering going fibre - can you recommend anything out there from previous experience. Our network is about 120 computers, and more and more services are going cloud-based, so good internet access is equally getting as important. Our current Mweb spend is +- R8,500 for a 3-bonded 4mb (each) solution.

Thanks!!
Zakaria

Try Internet Solutions, they do resell as well. Frogfoot (Riberry's sister company), Mweb business and Cybersmart have a new offering aswell I think.

I would go with Riberry though. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly.

Go for Neotel. Solid connection. Even if their "customer Service" is not that impressive.

If Neotel cannot supply you with Fibre, ask for their Microwave Option. They can give you "fibre-grade" wireless connection running on the licenced band. Pricing is the same as fibre.

I have a 10mb neotel fibre connection and its great. Bonded solutions are not the best based on experience.
I took the neotel out through vox, you pay the same price but you at least have a better customer support system that way.
