Advice Please: Cheapy Android phone needed for office

I need to replace a Galaxy Note 9 that does duty in the office for Whatsapp Business, SMS and phone calls. Any pointers please? Must be Android, reliable, reasonable battery life (it's always in the office, never goes far from a wall socket), clear screen, reasonable screen size.

Budget around R1800 - R2200. Brand immaterial as long as it meets the above requirements.
