yes I do agree with boxer rulez;
I will sell this POS as quickly as I can....... and yes time for a brio or a i10 or a figo
anyway to answer the ideas that been passed around;
can been with at least 2 auto electricians already; checked my ENTIRE WIRING HARNESS!!!!!!!
no dice, nothing out of the ordinary, everything stock standard; actually commented all in great condition.
mechanically, havent honestly checked; as im not sure exactly how to do this;
will get the car as soon as I can and do exactly the suggestions recommended by the guys here;
have a feeling it might be a really stupid solution that solve all my issues;
this was my initial thinking, fuel pump, relay or switches; mechanical bits in general
or as another poster said here, immobilizer areial inside the ignition barrel;
but then if its something simple like that Im sure 3 different garages would have found this out by now!
true many of them dont check, sure agree with you there;
but again if they can find a reason to let me go without charge, and not solve my problem;
means they didnt manage to find anything wrong, and thats highly unusual as they losing business big time here;
as for kias suggestion, yes you are correct, 100%
but if they suggest a part that dosent fix the problem, then who do I blame?
kia wanted to charge me so much for something that DIDNT work,
true I never gave them the opportunity to do their fix, I agree 100%;
but as I proved, it didnt work period, what difference does it make if I get the part
or they cover it with kim jong un saliva before flying it to me......
I would have spent so much on something that didnt help and then they would have looked even worse?
so that dosent help me one little bit, its just going round in circles,
I have the part they recommended, didnt fix the issue one little bit......
as for the PM yesterday, I do appreciate the advice, but here I mailed them and no reply;
mailed them earlier today, and visited another kia branch just to find out some more escalation details;
turn out where my car is is the head office of kia in SA; the meadowdale branch is also there HQ in SA;
so there is no higher authority in SA;
I appreciate the feedback @colin62, and I dont look at it negatively at all,
my car is quite stock, actually, most of the nonsense is off it now, as per the independent mechanic, he mentioned everything is in great condition;
and totally stock, nothing messed with, only part I replaced on the engine was a TPM sensor and that I brought original genuine kia from korean auto;
that solved my hunting revs I sometimes had;
so what else does somebody want to accuse me of? a north korean spy?
I was accused of being a trainer for dolphins for the mossad, as I know some interesting information;
what else?
