Advise please!!!

I meant do you have this information? And what do you mean the investigating officer can't find anything on her ID no? Does the number not exist or what, I just cannot imagine someone with the whole SAPS resources at their disposal cannot find anything on an ID number?
yes , I have all her info as well... tried calling the numbers , doesnt exist... yeah!!! tell me about it!!! your ID nr is linked to everything!!!! I personally think its slapgat bullshit from SAPS and Traffic Dept... or my Investigating officer doesnt care enough ... I keep records of my calls to them... my boet suggested that I start recording our calls from now on... great idea!!!

What does your local traffic department say?
oh they reckon it is out of their control , its a SAPS case , and they must sort it. I did ask the traffic officer if I drive then with no license what will they do? He says I ll probably get a fine , which I must keep... The case will probably end up in the court , in the town where she committed the fraud. I ll be summonsed to court to submit all the proof that the car is mine. All fines will then be cancelled , or if she is found guilty , she must pay it plus my fine on outstanding license fees , plus travelling costs to court...

maybe lady luck stays on my side a bit longer!!! Drove all the way from Garden Route to Gauteng , wasnt stopped once!!! been driving around Gauteng for 3 months now , havent been stopped!!! The road to KZN must be a good one... with no hick ups... hold thumbs!!!

I had a similar problem long time ago. Walk into license dept, walk to the back where the personnel are. 2 traffic cops tried to took me out. I calmly stood their and everyone was looking at me. a Lady, the big boss, took me to her office, correct the info on her computer, print me a new one, and I was off.

That was hard to read.

I have ALL the renewal of licenses , logbook , service records , payment records. Car paid up 7 years ago already. Private buy. Car was transfered into my name 10 years ago when I bought it. In January this year this lady registered it into HER name!!! Looks like this is a normal happening in SA
I meant the papers and records and case numbers you've submitted to the police

Why stolen vehicle? Wouldn't it just be driving a car owned by another person? Like when I borrow my girlfriend's car for a day.
When pulled over, you can call girlfriend to verify.
In this case it is an expired license with you driving vehicle belonging to someone you did not know.
Maybe I should say "suspected" stolen vehicle until proven otherwise.
