Aerosat + netload = (insert rude word here)

I decided after today to complain.
I like using netload to download and i am on aerosat due to high usage(10gb).
Now IF just this one site would STAY working I would be happy.
2-3 months ago I had no internet for 2 months.
Now I pay for a 192k connection and I am getting a 128k, turns my 5hr 400mb download into 8hrs which means netload sometimes closes my download window.

I called again today and was told that the HTTP site was shaped!
My issue is isolated so they will not do anything about it.

I seem to be having alot of issues as of late and their support centre is useless after hours and incompetent during hours!

Note: When the service works it is brilliant! I get good pings online (60-80 in css) My download can reach 30kbps and more!

I made this post just to note mainly the bad support and the fact that even http is shaped(though this seems to be their main excuse for all issues)
P.S. All my downloads are started after 10pm

Just wanted to add, normal services working fine now! netload stays connected now, still slow, but files get done.
