is there any way to get in touch with these guys, I have been struggling with the call centre for the past 3 hours and they are just reading from scripts..


In the mean time my live hosted server are not accessible

Seemed to have worked my way up the food chain so far, will let you know it I get no joy maybe you can help me from another angle..
 
Still fighting.. looks like the managed to trash all my data from the 14 July on my live VPS Live server, there problem is that they are so cryptic about what they are doing so I am trying to trouble shoot with 5% of the picture..

Hate to air dirty laundry as such.. Common the support hours are from 7 but the call center can't put me through to the Tier 2 team, they have to send them a message. and I must wait for them to get back to me....

Grr I know that process makes your life easier but business is about making the customers life easier..
 
24 Min's fighting though the call center being bounced around and still can't get to the right people.. very frustrating
 
Really starting to loose my sense of humour for a product that offer 24/7 support waiting over 2 hours for a call back... come one...
