My sons signed up with Afrihost on their November special 1Gbs down 100Mbs up package, and was connected on the 2nd Dec 2019.
To date, we have not been able to break the 100Mbs down barrier!
What is more frustrating is that I have spent more than 3 days trying to sort out whatever the problem is. Afrihost keeps saying that it is a Vumatel problem/issue. Vumatel says that the infrastructure is fine, and that speed problems are on the ISP side.
Right now we are very frustrated.
This poor level of support is totally unlike the many years that my whole family has been with Afrihost.
