Afrihost = A real headache

Hi there

I was using telkom uncapped 2mbps dsl but i move to Afrihost for better service and guess what.... i go worst ever service which was even the badest as compare with Telkom....

So now i want some real good suggestions from you guys... i see axxess website and interested in 4mbps bundle because of good price but still confused either go with it or not.... because both are same companies...

Please give your suggestions ??

I am sorry about that but there are too many threads regarding adsl selection and most of the comments are very old. So i just need one good suggestion that these days which isp is good? Thats all.
 
You must be on meth to change from Telkom. I'm on simple plus and will never change to another isp. Telkom has been perfect for me

everyone has different experiences, i'm on 1mb AH Business and i clock max speed all day everyday, on average i use 180gb per month on a 1mb line..
 
thanks for all your suggestion. I want to know about Axxess 4Mbps uncapped bundle package.

Should i go with it or not?
 
i moved a number of accounts from afrihost to axxess - could not be happier.

being with afrihost required a call to support for one reason or another on a weekly basis.
it came to a head in feb this year when my telephone account (telkom) reflected in increase of about R260 at national call costs (ct to jhb) as a result of constantly having to call and endlessly being on hold (most companies have toll free or share call numbers for customers - not so for afrihost)

as for billing - constant nightmare, worse than any company i have ever dealt with, beyond worse
since the move - never been a problem

so, get out of afrihost and go anywhere else

If afrihost and axxess both are same in terms of service quality than how axxess managed to find 2nd position in survey??
