Afrihost ADSL help!

I signed up for a 2meg uncapped bundle with Afrihost on the day that my landline was connected (15 May 2016). On the 1st of June I finally received notification that my adsl line order was completed successfully.

I connected my modem router and entered all my login details. I could not get my line to sync or log into my adsl account. I called Afrihost support and spent some time trying various router settings but nothing would work.

I thought it may be my old router that was faulty but I have now tested it on another line and was able to login to the telkom guest account. I also tested a router that I know is working on my line but was still unable to login to Afrihost or telkom guest.

A fault was logged with telkom and has been "escalated" by Afrihost about 3 Times now. I called Telkom yesterday to check on the fault and was told that it had been marked as "resolved". The agent then logged a new fault.
I emailed Afrihost about this and they have now responded by saying that the original fault is still open and has now been "escalated" again!

Is there any way of getting to the bottom of this situation? My account has been debited by Afrihost (in fact they have overcharged me) but I still have no ADSL service!

Something definitely sounds off here.

Can you please PM me your details, let me check what is going on with your connection.
