Afrihost and Mac Updates

I am having a problem on my Macbook Pro. When I automatically download the updates (specifically the HP Printer Update around 400Mb) the update is always "corrupt" (as per OS X). Even when I manually download the same update it won't open saying it is "corrupt". When I change the adsl account from an Afrihost account to a Telkom Internet account the automatic update works perfectly. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any ideas?

Tried both an uncapped and a capped account didn't make any difference. To be clear - the download finishes all 412Mb correctly but then won't open. As opposed to the update timing out or not finishing downloading.
