Afrihost being sabotaged?

Whether it was an advert, comment in the newspaper etc. is besides the point, the fact is that Gian published in a public forum a link to the list of complaints against his competitors.

But there's NOTHING YOU can do to Gian for that now can you?

The only thing you can do is incite the other ISP's to take action against Gian.

Here's what I think will happen if you did that:

1. 1 or perhaps 2 of the ISP's will decide to move forward with it.
2. Gian will apologise to them personally.
3. Those ISP's will drop any case against him and forget all about it.
4. You'll still be just as sulky and probably still be waiting in the Small Claims court...

I only heard good things about Afrihost. There is the odd person complaining but I never base my decision on one persons experience. I don't have ADSL yet but when I do Afrihost will have me as a customer.

:)

Grow up, you are really making an @ss of yourself. Put your money where your mouth is and let us know when the legal system sapina (sapoena) Afrihost. We would like to follow the hearings and see how you waste your little cash.

this flogging of a dead horse need to be stopped.

the issue has been sorted out to everybody's satisfaction, there is no need to keep on harping on those issues.

imho we should be getting for followup and maybe attendance:

1) asasa case number and link to it
2) actual court dates and location

for time being thread lock till those two have actually happened, linked and followed up by both parties. clearly it's a chasing tail post and reply now.
