Your statement indicates that you are in R203 debit with Afrihost. They owe you money. You can't claim it, they will deduct it from your next invoice.

imgine he Tumi has an overdraft.... debit will increase the amount.:wtf: every month is a good month i just keeping getting more money. oh late payment fee. even the bank gives me money. FTW

I can see the confusion for a second maybe... Tumi, on your bill as you pay, the amount owed reduces and the HelloPeter line item reduces it even further. (they give you the money, credit your account)

If you not happy with them, ask them to add it, not subtract it!! :p:D

:whistle: You might be right , my account has just been updated , I got shocked by the Hello Peter part. I need to go too the bank on Monday and clear this up with the bank as I requested a SP.

For me it began by complaining to the AH Facebook admin (we were chatting back and fourth) then afterwards sending over 5 emails to account@afrihost, info@afrihost & [email protected] simultaneously. The latter I told the FB admin I was posting a complaint to Hello Peter.
