Guys, I am posting here in hopes that someone at Afrihost can escalate this because my wife has been struggling for 2 months now to get a refund on her account. This is a billing issue, and every time they keep asking her the same questions : what are the card numbers, send proof of payment, etc, every time she gives them all the information with proof and every time they come back with the same cookie cutter reply. Like a game of cat and mouse, meanwhile zero customer service.
This has been going on for 2 months via tickets and emails and they dont call her back either.
I hope someone from Afrihost who is active on mybroadband can do something about this ?
My wife started seeking assistance on the Afrihost Whatsapp service on 3 March.
Eventually we logged a ticket on 22 April because the Afrihost Whatsapp service was unable to do anything..
