Afrihost - blacklisted servers

So my outgoing mail is now being blocked due to afrihost servers being blacklisted.
this seems to no be a recurring issue as i seem to have this issue once a month.

i have been chatting to afrihost support and i found out that all of afrihosts servers suffer with blacklisting issues.
is this normal for an ISP or is afrihost so far down the rabbit hole that there is no coming back?

My friend has had the same issue lately with Afrihost. The problem is with shared hosting. One bad domain is getting the IP blocked which affects all domains on that shared server.
He has just moved all his hosting away from them.
