International still not up to par.

Thanks!

As soon as we can get the right speeds consistently to our unshaped users, the international throughput should start picking up.

We are looking into this now, I am seeing similar results on my side.

Eish maybe Afrihost's team should ask someone what to do. Ask MWEB or IS or Vox etc.

I do not like MWEB etc, but they do seem to know how to tune a network. Shape those who need to be shaped, throttle and kill those who need to be, unshape their business accounts etc.

So why is it taking so long to fix, what are these experts doing? But suppose being caught with ur pants down is difficult to explain?

We have seen significant improvements in most areas today, we are now in the final steps of applying these changes to all of the remaining affected areas. The speeds in the East should start picking up soon.

Can you quickly restart your modem and then test the connection again please.

Shocking international speeds.
Local is fine.

When will this be fixed?
Its been 3 months now and its still completely sub par?

We are fast approaching the final resolution of the issues that we have experienced over the past few weeks. The international speeds will start picking up over the next few hours.

Much worse ... battling to load pages now.

Speed test will not even load at all

I have reset your ADSL line as well as your Business Uncapped account, can you please restart your modem once more, then test again.

Was going ok, rebooted to ****e :(

The Cape Town speeds will take a bit of dip now, you should see the speeds come back over the next few minutes.
