Things are slowwww, I have been having disconnects a few times a day now for 2 weeks, no response from telkom on what the issue is, it seems they open a fault and nothing gets done about it, that is less than 50% of what I use to get, it seems to get worse every day, I'm in the SOUTH :mad: I have to watch youtube in 144p :sick:
 
My internet is on the fritz. I'm unable to even finish a speed test. Gets stuck right at the end but till then speeds show as 0.1mbps on my 6mbps line and 44ms

Managed to do a tracert this is what I get

I've tried it with my 1 gig account and with that there's no issues. Speeds are 100% Only my business account having the issue.

There's something that's not right with this traceroute though, it shouldn't be timing out on all the hops. Does your Capped account do this too?

No. My capped account is fine. tracert and speed test is fine.
 
it is even difficult to browse in the forum now and our download speed has dropped seriously from 5pm same as earlier today

Very weird that you see such different results as both work on the same shaping policy.

Seems there's couple issues there too with the tracert.

Please do because internet is pretty unusable right now. Browsing is still okay, though has gotten slower. Can't download or stream either.

Well look at that ..... East region, was about to say the same.

Edit ..... Telkom apparently worked on my lines today.

It does look to be :( Our team ran some updates 15 mins or so ago though, these changes should reflect across the network in a few hours.

So is there a problem with the network or not?
The status page says everything is 100% as usual but my internet is shot at the present moment.

We've seen random packet loss over the last few days, but only looks to be affecting a really small group of clients. These are the fixes we're pushing through.
