Afrihost Business Uncapped Feedback - 2

I am feeling a bit let down by Afrihost, having my ADSL with them I hoped I wont have to deal with Telkom. Last week my Line started acting up, I logged a support request with Afrihost, and to date, natta happened. At times the line were better but tonight the SNR is dropping again. I reported all this on my Afrihost support request. I now logged a fault on Telkom site, I can see there automated software fiddled with the line to no avail, still crappy.

Dunno how to get this graph to a Telkom technician? Any Telkom technicians out there that can help? At this stage I am willing to pay a Telkom technician to come and fix my line. Any offers?

You could go onto telkoms website and log a fault yourself, it takes 2 whole minutes.

I'd like to follow things up to see if I can chase Telkom on a resolution. Could you PM me the deets?

PS. If they can get the line back to my year ago or 2 years ago speed of 6Mbps then I will up my package again @ Afrihost. I know you guys depend on Telkom for business.
