There is obviously an issue with my line because my SNR is now 21dB when it was 26dB this morning and 31dB yesterday...

So @Afriman, come again and tell me that my line is not syncing at 10Mbps, and tell me that its not your networks issue.
Do you recognise the number at all? Drop me a PM and I'll run some checks for you![]()
Something is not so Ayoba today. Line seems to be peaking at around 1.5Mb of 2Mb. Not too bad but still a bit :wtf:
Any updates on this?

No I have been waiting for answers for the last 4 hours
We'll be in touch to look and have this sorted as soon as we possibly can.
I will not hold my breath, afriman has been trying to assist but no one admits its an account fault, I have now proven this.
And I have work to do, but I cannot work with this internet, I am ssh'd into a server in the US most days and today I could not do any work because of this.
Also maybe I should be in touch with my debit order as soon as I possibly can.
As I said, we'll do our best. We need to run some thorough investigations before coming to a concrete answer/ resolution here.
Sorry about thisWhat's your usual line speed?

I am moving to a new house after November. I would like to know how do I cancel/pause my subscription untill I sort out my line at my new place? Chances are it may take telkom a month to set this all up so I wouldnt like to waste money on an ISP for no reason.
I hope the moving of house goes smoothly!
You can pause the account via your ClientZone![]()
I'm in the same boat in 2 weeks. Good thing I read this post otherwise I would've just cancelled my account. Thing is, I think Telkom will have to install a completely new line since there's nothing there, I fear how long it's going to take and how much it will cost.
For how long can I pause my account?
Oh and seems I'm in the Business thread, I'm on home uncapped.
