Looks familiar... not a good sign.
I have been an AH customer (business uncapped) for some time now, all of a sudden today, my kids online game, wizard101, will not logon, I logged a support ticket with the game manufacturer, KingsIsle, and their response was that the fault is with my ISP, "...(seems to be narrowed down to something of an ISP caching issue)..." Is there something you can do on your side to help me please?

Afrihost uncapped business then needs some attention from me perhaps.
Will go and squizz the Afrihost site now...
I would be concerned about issues on your local network here. 7ms hop to your router is very high, considering the distance. That's already about 7 times slower than it should be.
Are you using WiFi or a LAN cable?
It can't hurt to log a ticket on this with MTN. However I don't know whether this is a simple issue. Could i ask one favour though, it's going to be a mission to use this pic as a reference. Can you send me a copy and paste by PM rather than a screengrab so I can use that to log the query?

I'm waiting for their additional capacity to go live before I decide to pay again. Will be upgrading to the 10Mbps as well.

You might want to do test over LAN preferably. WiFi issues can cause latency and skew your results
I can't promise new capacity will go live before Feb billing. It would be awesome if it did though. We should see a massive jump in available capacity when it does

We have a news server at news.afrihost.co.za (port 119). Max 5 threads. You don't need credentials as long as you're using our network
For the moment, it's mainly demand. In order for a product to go live, there is a lot of dev time, rules to be developed, and right now we don't feel there is significant demand. Also, our 10Mbps price is pretty cheap, so most could afford to go 10Mbps and still get great value for money.
