If not everybody is getting what they paid for, then the network is not handling.
Make a complain thread?
Perhaps its your due for having the mountain![]()
Oooor... maybe they all have really rubbish ADSL connections and their downloads just never finish and restart, in a loop, endlessly !

This is a complains thread, these types of comments dont help. We have issues with the Afrihost network, and these bright sparks are giving away free bandwidth.
hahahayea I guess that could work
Thats a good excuse for the high bandwidth

I have always been happy with Afrihost and giving them the chance waiting for more capacity.Just feeling a bit irritated that I am paying for a Business Account and not getting what I paid for and then seeing people getting more free bandwidth.
On which we totally agree and you have total reason to grill them, however when do you draw the line between grilling and just spilling your **** in the thread because you can because you are unhappy?

Hey man, the complaining he has been doing was acceptable in my opinion - he didn't really bash the reps or the company.
I'm asking... when do you draw the line. Note question mark at the end, cause the thread amongst the complaining by all is becoming nothing but that which as the mod noted in the other threads is not what it was intended for, but in fact feed back.
I've pm'ed him to add a note here...
Though I do see your point and agree in some way..... I think you would be singing a very different tune if it was you getting crappy service and a month-long run-around?
.... just a thought![]()
Not really. Looking at how I handled the mweb saga
1) Realized they are crooks.
2) Make a thread about it.
3) Begin tryouts of other options.
4) Leave.
KISS. It works.
My good sir... shall I ask for bwana to mod note here?
For your edification:
Mod_note: These threads are clearly designed/intended for customers to provide feedback to their respective ISPs - not for disgruntled former customers to vent, not for other ISPs to promote their services, etc - and, one hopes, for the relevant ISP to respond.
Illuminate me. Does it say complain-as-much-as-you-can and or abuse the reps?
What is the point of quoting that? It rules out very little. Does it say don't complain? No, it doesn't. Feedback surely incorporates complaining. And the complaint poses a very good question:
Since so many premium clients in the South are hitting capacity constraints (streaming is hopeless again tonight) what is the rationale of another massive gigabyte giveaway? Should they not have waited until the new capacity goes live?
