Pretty much permanent for the last week or so. Really annoying. Gaming is annoying, yet speeds are just fine.

You're not alone. Got nada my side too.

Wait.. I got a response - once. Telling me my connection was congested because of something in the southern Cape or something. Told them I was in JHB and never heard from them again.

I have given up. Got zero feedback on my account. Critical care not so critical it seems.

Wait till they close your tickets telling you to log a new ticket if it continues.
