Afrihost Business Uncapped Feedback

Pings and speedtest is a lot better tonight, but P2P is still sluggish.
 
Not seeing the same issues. I just downloaded 2 torrents of about 1Gig a piece and was getting speeds in excess of 400 kBps with it sometimes dropping to around the 350 mark on a 4mbps line.

HTTP was a little iffy for me but it settled down.

These business accounts are starting to look more and more like home uncapped accounts. I cannot get more than 100kb/s out of my line on HTTP and P2P downloads. And the connection is going up and down more than a Hillbrow hooker! I really need to have this sorted. My patience with you guys are running extremely thin!

I am smelling some bs from AfriHost about shaping on the business uncapped accounts. Funny that my line started downloading at full speed after 12am this morning but was slow as **** before 12..

I guarantee you that Business Uncapped is not shaped. You can send me a private message with your username and I can investigate your speeds. How recent is your traceroute?

The tracert was done at time of posting.. This keeps on fluctuating every time I do another tracert
 
Anyone not able to connect to their accounts? Mine just disconnected now and it's not signing in again on the router :( the line seems as if it's synced so I doubt it's a telkom issue
 
My business is working flawlessly all the time, im in JHB area so dont see your problems

I see things are sorted on your end this morning, but please drop me a PM with your account info and the times you saw these drops - I'd like to check up on this to make sure it isn't something serious.

Please dude. I am really losing faith in you guys. It is not only slow download speeds. It is also bad latency, and latency fluctuations??

Latency fluctuations shouldn't be seen on our network - there are no general issues.
I've replied to your latest PM.
 
I saw that my Afrihost account didn't deduct this month, then I went to check in the ClientZone. It says a deduction was done on the first, check bank statement again, nothing.

I go to verify my bank details, I see there was a totally different account number than mine in there, so someone has been deducted on my behalf :/

Can you help me check the details of whose account it actually was, AfriMan? I think someone may have some money missing now... :/

This is a bit strange, maybe there's a delay with the bank somewhere?
PM me though, I'll try and see what's going on :)
