Hey guys

Just a quick heads up, we're seeing ADSL issues in the South Region (affecting CPT and surrounds)
Increased latency and slower downloads speeds may be a side affect of this - our team are working on this and should be resolved ASAP.
 
Just seen something strange, why do I have two line numbers in my account?

The second has the prefix 512, otherwise is the same as the first.

Was on my way to say as much, very slow myBB took a long time to load. Speed test is showing pings of over 500ms from capetown to capetown, speeds are 0.01Mbps

Yeah it isn't ideal at the moment :(
As soon as I get feedback from our team I'll have it posted up here.

Will do! I'm on 1Mbps, so can't go any slower. So can only "upgrade" to the Business Uncapped for R100 more. R299 instead of R199.

They need to go through 41.181.221.254 and find out who spilled their coffee on the server.
 
I have a download roaring in at 5.2KB/s. I'll be able to watch it in 2014. I'm sure there wont be any similar speed issues or latency in Afrihost's billing cycle.
 
@AfriGuy this is a business account, and there are issues, what is your AUP? and refunds for down time. Been messed up for 3+ hours.
