If it were true, business clients should see improvement first before all else, while they fiddle with "shaping" on the normal uncapped accounts and "tweak" the network.I'm sorry, but I have lost all faith in AH a long long long time ago, and have learnt not to listen to what they say (never any evidence to back their words up, so at the end of the day they can say whatever they want and we must just take their word for it), but rather how they perform.
Business performance in the south should be at full capacity with minimal contention right now.
Is there anyone who is not seeing this - can you please post or PM a traceroute so I can take a quick look?

If this is provisional, is the ipc upgrade that was planned for today not happening?

An upgrade happened last night - it was a fairly significant amount (about 20%) additional capacity, though we've since upped our order to cater for continued growth for the year. We've only received that portion so far - and the upgrade is live.
We should be seeing full throughput on Business and Capped accounts. If you're not seeing that, please post a local speedtest and traceroute ASAP that I can analyze.

Can you post the full traces from the Test App. I can only see the pings. But in general you should be seeing better results based on the overall network performance right now

bleh ... other ISPs are fine. Zero issues and have been since February when I began to rely on them rather than this AH Business account.
I have done endless ISP comparisons...
I will do the last few here again...
but I am NOT going to run over to the router and do it via cable, and I am also NOT going to go the whole Telkom line / exchange fault logging route again or the futile hoop-jumping tracert PM shebang.

I meant, when you post MyBB speedtests, that you post AH and "others" in the same post so it's easy to compare the two
In saying that, I see the IS accounts are fine, but at the same time, couldn't remember your AH results and was too lazy to page back to check
