Afrihost Business Uncapped Feedback

My connection dropped for a few seconds and came back again, the speeds are up and down the whole time, it's Friday and I need to play games :cry:

But when I am on my 2Mbps Business account.. this is the Average I get over 5min test (Buffering like crazy!!)

I have checked and my Business Optimisation is Deactivated. (even tried switch on and off again)
All my test show everything good on my side.
Like I said.. It works Perfect Full speed on Capped account..
But twitch.tv doesn't get bandwidth on Business account.
Youtube and other stuff does go Full Line Speed on Business..

Can AfiGuy or someone working for Afrihost please fix this.

I've been having that issue for a while now and Afriman/guy basically confirmed that they can't do anything about the crappy Twitch streaming. You can either switch to capped each time you want to Twitch or find another business uncapped account that works with twitch.

Same thing is happening on my Axxess account, but Openweb accounts are OK.

This is a known issue with Business Uncapped. According to them their capped data and business uncapped data comes from the same pool.

If you want an account that works with Twitch check my signature.

Our team are working on a fix for this :(
Shouldn't be too much longer now.
 
So not even a 4mb business account can keep a 720p UStream feed going today. Traces are fine, yet throughput spikes at 1.5mbps or so.

So, what's Afrihost's current excuse?

If you provided some information maybe somebody here could help. Are you trying to retrieve mail from a telkom e-mail account? Which smtp server are you using?
 
Line is still working perfectly since the fix.
Downloaded 24.30GB so far today and still going strong, even with the downloads in the background, I can browse with no issues, watch Youtube vids at 720p, etc.
