At least I'm not the only one, mine are fluctuating between 40b/s (yes bytes) to max 30kb/s also 2mb business line. (Cape Town Southern Suburbs)
Are you seeing these speeds constituently?

I had the same issue last night as well, this seems to start in the late afternoon like this. HTTP's are fine though, they run at full speed (220kb/s)

Edit: strange thing is that all other protocols are working fine.

Yep, my torrents have gone from bad to worse now as well, even with 100's of seeds, they are just stalling out and not even connecting anymore.. thank F.. I can still get most of my stuff from DDL sites
Something is definitely up. Cannot stream at 480p, 360p keeps on buffering. WT actual F AH??!!!!!!

It's becoming ridiculous. Second time in the month they're saying there's overload. Business accounts suppose to get preference but seems we don't even get that.
I was patient when it was the IOS update but they don't seemed to have learned anything from that.
Going to start looking for another ISP.

Yeah. We're paying so much for premium account. It's insanely expensive and can barely do anything. I can't even stream football on low pixelated quality.
Yep Youtube is buffering at 360p!!! I mean seriously.. Enough is enough
