Afrihost: Cannot surf International, but local - yes?

Hi, I cannot surf International, but can local. According to clientzone I'm not capped.
I urgently need connect, that is the only reason I'm posting here. I did send ticket to support, but that was only some minutes ago and I need this info urgently. Anyone else have the same broblem?

Nope, my international on Afrihost is fine here.
Perhaps it's a Cape-Towninan thing.
