Afrihost capped accounts slow ?

I have been struggling with really slow speeds on my afrihost capped account,

Anyone having the same issues ?

Looks like it started yesterday, are there any issues i should be aware off ?

They could also be faking that or just forgot to update it.

I was getting 800k on Friday and last night I was getting 30k.

Also having intermittent problems with mine... occasional very slow browsing and disconnects

Me too - I was told to call Telkom to re-sync my line. It was not telkom - they did tests and my line is syncing at the correct speeds. I have a 10mb line and my speeds were 0.1mbs. I contacted AH again and then it was fixed.
