Absolutely rotten network performance. Nothing is loading. Lost gmail now... taking forever and times out .

So I have to wonder - is AH, or MTN being the majority shareholder, taking this situation seriously?
If I were in their position I'd be here actively placating my clients explaining what I'm doing, the time frames, and offering regular progress updates. After all I would do that right? My clients are still paying and I'm aware that I'm not meeting my service commitment to my clients. BUT... that isn't the case. Rather it seems a pretty normal Saturday. Awful AH network performance and no AH presence in sight. So much for commitment to rectify the situation and service / engage your clients.

Pretty fed up with this level of service from AH.
I've sent an email to the myBB editors. They might be more successful than we have been getting real answers from AH.
Absolutely fed up with the - it's so damn sensitive to be discussed - rubbish!

Yeah, webpages takes ages to load, youtube not working well here as well, and latency goes from 9-20-50-70 then go back down to 10ms, so yeah, stuff not looking very bright.

Most websites aren't loading - including youtube, mybb, subscene.com and many many others. Connect to a vpn and all works fine. Yeah - like that's normal. Don't have time for this bulls**t.

however network status page indicates injured but okay ?
and updated on 24 june 2015 (today being 28 june)

Sorry to hear that. I know that it's a tough time to stick with us, and we're doing our best to speed things up where we can without compromising on the quality of the project we're working on.

We'll definitely be here for many years to come, so hopefully we'll see you again soon

Do you deserve to be though?

This reminds me of that time Seacom broke and we lost connectivity for days. Finally you routed us through some POS proxy with a 10 KB/s connection, which also went down. Good times. Seems you still have not improved your game. Extremely disappointing.
