Wow... things are looking up.

What speed is your line running at?

Two days and things are still not stable. Makes you wonder what is actually wrong? At some of my clients sites you cannot even open an international website and on my account thing seems to be running at about 3MB instead of 14MB when it works that is.

It is such a shame and I recently convinced so many people to move to Afrihost because of problems at Webafrica.

Maybe Telkom is actually the best service provider as we have never been down this long with them except for cable theft which does not really count anyway.

The problem with our accounts is being caused by our Network Management Software which is not assigning the correct bandwidth throughput to each account.

This has resulted in many of our user base experience severe reductions in speed. Our Team has worked through the night, and we are starting to see improvements in the South, and some areas in the North. I am hopeful that the issue will be completely resolved very soon.

Same thing here. On a 10MB line and getting 0.82 down and 0.86 up. Sad when your downlink is SLOWER than your uplink...

From which region are you connecting from? It will really help us narrow down the problematic areas.

Wow Afrihost has had a bad run of late, really feel for them. But I wont lie the loyalty is really getting tested...

All a guy wants to do after a crazy day on the hamster wheel is come home, play games and watch some streams...

Hope you guys are considering either reducing our bills or giving some bandwidth for all these issues over the last 3months

The bandwidth is not going to cut it for a lot of people including myself.
