Nothing has changed on my side, still running at 2mbI'm sure they can force something on their end to avoid this.
Hey AfriGenie, I haven't received the double data this month on my 50gb account.
Is this a mistake ?
Hmmm, that is interesting. Let me see if I can dig-up anything.
Hi again!
still living the dial up life. Did you manage to find anything out from Telkom?
The delayed response, was 9 days, btw.Sincere apologies for the delayed response as we had an influx of calls and tickets thus not enabling us to attend to your ticket in time
:wtf:

Not cool.
They've "been attending" to it, but neglected to tell me that.
It looks like there is some sort of maintenance going-on on the Pinelands Exchange, Telkom has been quite tight-lipped about it, but I should be getting an update on it later today.
Telkom are usually so transparent though!cool well I look forward to the update.
I am starting to get that issue again where the web page says "not available" but a refresh loads it.
It is intermittent at the moment, and confined to international, but I am seeing it more frequently as the day progresses.
I dont think it is DNS and it is not happening consistently so I can't really run any meaningful tests, it could just be packet loss. It is not a show stopper and when I have had it in the past it has cleared itself eventually.
I will keep surfing and see if I can spot any trend.
Things are very sucky for me here. Not encouraging on the day I cancelled my Telkom Internet 4 Mb uncapped with a view to going to Afrihost capped as my primary ISP. International is borked, the rest is just "meh". Just started this afternoon.
Morning Guys!
We just received news that one of our IPC links in the North is currently down, this is reducing the amount of bandwidth that we have available a bit, MTN is working with Telkom to restore the IPC as quickly as possible.
AfriGenie any update on my issue?
