Afrihost CAPPED ADSL Feedback (MTN)

I have 10MB line, with AH capped accounts was running +- 8.6Mbs. Now running for +- 3 weeks 3.04Mbs. My router speed is as before

Lets have a look at what's happening here, could you PM me any info you have?
 
Having issues at the moment trying to connect to the PoE server. (EU Gateway)

Edit: Seems to be working for now.

I bet you AfriGuy is going to have a look now; work some magic but that performance won't get you to Saturday!

I did a WinMTR test which was showing a packet loss of around 20% on the mtnbusiness hop (seems to have gone down to 3%, will post results in here). Just tried to swap characters and the issue came back, seems to be very intermittent.

The latency looks super jumpy on the exchange :(

I don't use this program alot or at all to be honest, the issue only started today. A friend of mine is having the same problem but he doesn't stay in the same area. He used another ISP and had no problem.

Edit: Dota 2 works fine, haven't tried any other game yet to see if its a similar thing across my multiplayer games. Only PoE going no where atm haha

Hope its sorted out or comes right on its own, I have an idea that PoE works on a P2P system or something of the sort which could be the issue. I'm not sure because when I was with 2 other ISP's I could never play PoE because of random dces and intense lag. AH is the only ISP which I can play PoE with.
