Anyone have speed issues? - **edit** Sorry meant to say still having?
40Mbps line should be almost 4 times higher
In an other test it's better but not 4000+ kB/s
Not looking great for a 40Mbps line, sorry about the slow speeds
I see it seems quite erratic, are these slower speeds noticed at certain times?
Downloads may be degraded due to an increase in demand, this is something that we're working on.
Should all be back to normal soon
What are they doing to fix it? Just sad that they shape accounts that shouldn't be. I don't mind during the day so much even though it shouldn't but at night is where I really would like to use my line properly. That's why I went capped

We're running constant tweaks/ optimisations to keep the network running as good as it possibly can be.
I need to stress that we aren't shaping Capped accounts.
For a 10Mbps like that definitely isn't cool
Do these results improve at all or are they fairly consistently on these speeds?
It feels like shaping maybe my wording is wrong. YouTube ran perfect last night but torrents ran at less than half the speed it should a lot less. Speed test showed that my line was fine. When I ran a different account it worked fine so it all points to torrents being shaped or what ever the right terminology is. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Stay the same all day.
Last night I got over 8MB (which is what i always have) but back down today.

Can't really say. It's seems random for me at this time.
We all know that there is problems at Afrihost at the moment since "other" ISPs don't necessarily have the same inconsistencies. I still give AH the benefit of the doubt that they will fix the problem with capacity, but it's now been about a month or more and it's testing ones faith. The question is, when will this be fixed.
