Hi,
Can't really say. It's seems random for me at this time.
We all know that there is problems at Afrihost at the moment since "other" ISPs don't necessarily have the same inconsistencies. I still give AH the benefit of the doubt that they will fix the problem with capacity, but it's now been about a month or more and it's testing ones faith. The question is, when will this be fixed.
Sorry about the slow speeds, this result really doesn't look good
Do you have a traceroute that I can check out?

I'm getting reports that Destiny is working much better now. Can you test on your side again?
Mark.K said:Why are torrents being shaped on my capped account? It's not a line or congestion issue at all.
Downloads may be degraded due to an increase in demand, this is something that we're working on.
AfriGuy said:I need to stress that we aren't shaping Capped accounts.
The process of manipulating, managing or controlling (shaping) portions of a network connection to the outside world and determining an allowed bandwidth consumption based on types of activities.
Your prioritisation is my shaping. A grey duck or a white duck - it quacks and is still a duck, no matter the name.
Experiencing the same degraded service.
