Was even worse the whole of yesterday, something is up and it seems you guys know nothing about it. Streaming on twitch yesterday was impossible.

How is your performance currently? There were a few widespread issues in the Southern Region on the Telkom network and this could have affected streaming to international sites.

What's going on in the north?

Did you make use of a Telkom ISP account or the Telkom Guest account?

From what I have been able to ascertain, the Guest Account does not route through the Telkom IPC, and this tends to over-inflate the speeds it achieves on your ADSL line.

It was the Telkom guest account. However, my WebAfrica account is getting full speed...

This is in the South, both are not at line speed, but AH is just gross .

It is like Eskom. Internet usage is very high please switch off all devices that uses the Internet.

Not a single one of our Capped users are being shaped or throttled in any way.

No more than a few hours, in fact, you should already have started seeing some improvement.
