At least the latency is on the lower end...

I know the speeds are nowhere close to being what they should be, but our Team is making the needed changes to get the speeds back up to what they should be.

I know the past few weeks have been tough, I really appreciate you sticking it out with us, this will soon be a thing of the past.
 
Mine has slightly improved but not great for a 10Meg connection.

Local (Cape Town):

It is interesting that International, apart from the latency, is faster than JHB.

A silver lining... good show.
 
Just another quick update, it looks like the Capped users in the North are starting to pull more bandwidth from the available pool, you guys should be starting to see some improvements with the download speeds.

Both speedtest.net and mybb speedtest complete the download, but not the upload. Upload runs fine, and then seems to carry on forever, and the rate drops all the time. After waiting for a long time, it gives an error. Don't know if this is AH related or ookla related?
 
Tried to stream the Philae landing this afternoon. Epic fail :(
Eventually watched it on my tablet over 3G.
