Why is my torrents being shaped ??

I get exactly 1.0MB/s no matter what.

On every other account my torrents goes 4.5MB/s

WTF

Maybe send some tests so they can look at it. Could be congestion or try restarting your router

Hey Dude, I made some tweaks to your Capped account, can you please restart your modem then test your connection again.

Think you missed my second sentence. I will repeat it for you in more detailed sense:

I am downloading 5 Linux Distro's using my Afrihost account the total download speed gets a perfect 1MB/s nothing more nothing less a solid stable solid 1MB/s

Quickly Switching over to my Web Africa account I get a solid 4.3MB/s, immediately switching back to AH it is 1MB/s again. Switch to Axxess immediately and it's stable at 4.4MB/s switching back to AF directly afterwards and again a convenient round 1MB/s.

I did this for 1 hour and 32min.

SpeedTest on AF:

Seems fixed

I have actually been seeing quite a few Cape Town users that saw a significant dip in speeds over the past hour, most seem to be reporting their speeds returning to normal now.

AH - on failed credit card transactions a notification pops up in the top right corner...maybe make that middle of screen...its easy to miss and leaves the user a bit perplexed as to why he/she is being dumped back into the empty "enter you CC details" screen.

Aaaaand we are back

I think that latency is going to be largely to blame... On a traceroute where do you see that spike in latency start?
