Lol. What a chancer. If you want to test your line grab the free 2GB account from Web Africa.

I did, but my latency is the same, Afrihost did send out 5 technicians to my premises. but they cant find anything wrong, my line was perfect before the afrihost connection problems started.

Did telkom/afrihost convert my line to a digital line?

Is my line synced at telkom to 2Mbps?

When will telkom upgrade my exhange?

Is my port faulty or the filter(digital, increases the frequency to 15 ohms ) on my line at the exhange?

The fault for your line is still open on the Telkom system, it seems that are going to have to make significant changes to get your connection running as it should. I have escalated this to our Telkom Service Manager so hopefully we will have a decent ETA soon.

Second evening in a row now getting bad speeds after 18:30-19:00
During the day getting 3.3 Mbps but now only 0.16 download on 4 Mbps line. Time to move me thinks

Still no reply GUP-983-57703 to fix your mistake, I even gave my details to one of your consultants who said they would get back to me. It's been 2 days now running after your mistake.

Live TV streaming totally sucks again.
Buffers and cuts every few mins on both Afrihost and Axxess.
Vox and OW perfect - can even type this with XBMC still streaming perfect in the background.
Must be MTN.

Tired of this. 3rd night in a row. Cancelling.
Rather pay double for something that works in CT.

Nice to see packetloss on your accounts still... :D so is this even remotely under consideration to get fixed?

Having same problem in CT now.
AH tantalizingly give us a taste of what we should be getting and what we are paying for and then arrogantly snatch it away and expect us to roll-over and just accept this arrogant nonsense. Come on AH - get your act sorted out.
If we were in America I think you would be facing a massive class-action lawsuit by now!
