Hi Afriguy/Afriman,
Could you possibly shed some light as to what changed to reduce the concurrent connections from 10 to 6? We have been running 8 concurrent connections for about a year and didn't experience any issues until the network issues from Sept/Oct. Since then we've been told that the issues were because we have too many concurrent connections but I don't understand why it worked previously 100% and now it doesn't.

How long will it take for the critical care team to fix the problem? YouTube and Google are impossibly slow at the moment.

10.1 Afrihost Uncapped and Business packages allow only one connection and user for each account while the Capped packages allow up to 10 simultaneous connections from different locations for each account.
edit: Those terms were last updated in November 2014
