Thanks... Got a feeling its only for Telkom packages...We'll need to get confirmation as to how the package changes will affect Wholesale Clients, the moment we do get confirmation we'll definitely let you know.

To which site or service are you seeing the latency?
Any online game, WoW, Diablo, League of Legends, Rocket League, Call of Duty, Battlefield. Even experiencing issues on PlayStation Network. As soon as it hits the afternoon, the latency shoots up.
Once I switch accounts to another ISP, all the issues are gone. The same old problem that clients have been complaining and reporting about for almost a year mate. We are no closer to a solution, other then switching ISPs.

What does that tracert tell you? I'm having intermittent connectivity, slow, timeouts etc. WKP-178-56207

Were you able to run any traceroutes? We need to figure out where this latency is coming from.
