Definitely!

You are able to request that change from the ClientZone. Under Connectivity you will just choose your DSL account then go to Edit Package. You will then do the same for your DSL line.

The Bundle will be updated automatically.

why is a ubuntu server in france faster than a local server for updating i think since sunday there is a serious problem with the ah network as the speeds are still up to crap yet working properly with another isp or are we now on permanent shaping or mabe a capacity issue this is definitely not what we are paying for

I would like a log of my sessions (NOT usage) for March 2017.

I specifically require the date and time of the start and end of each connection session. I can see only the last 20 connections through Client Zone. I assume you must have this on record. How do I go about requesting such a log?

In the ClientZone, if you go to Connectivity you just need to select your Capped account. There you will click on the usage graph, you do have the option to email yourself a detailed breakdown of the sessions.

Gave up on AH acc.

Please will you have a look at an example of such a file and tell me if you see the start and end time of each session. The file I emailed myself already doesn't include that information. Would you be able to say why that is?

Hmmm. That should have had the start and end time for each session. Can you please PM me your DSL username and I'll send you the version with the start and end time.
