Definitely! :) You are able to request that change from the ClientZone. Under Connectivity you will just choose your DSL account then go to Edit Package. You will then do the same for your DSL line.

The Bundle will be updated automatically.

A 200 gig cap is the lowest that you can go.
I am already on that.
I just want to lower the cap, increase the speed and pay more or less the same.

You should have a 100GB option... Could you PM me your DSL username please.

Happened a few times today, using your guys DNS servers :)

Not the whole net is down, just some international sites, and Blizzard games

Crud... Thanks for the update. Our Team is checking if there were any issues on our side.

I haven't posted here in a while as I've accepted that my 20mb line can't do twitch on source or on high anymore but I tried tonight and its buffering on 160p.

I'm on google DNS because when I tried earlier on auto DNS it was worse. I don't know if its normal to have that international link have 48% loss but there you go. Youtube is fine.

Well the new capped Fibre deals are out. Was seriously hoping they were going to be good... sadly they are downright disappointing. R20 saving on a 200GB Capped vs Uncapped Home (which itself is throttled at 200GB). There's no free time and no clarity at this stage on roll-over. So all in all they're of no real value. *sigh*

Can't stream, can't game.

Thanks for taking my cash on time though.

Here's the outcome on the SAIX test account.

So again the SAIX test account shows no problems and AH does.
Second time we've been here in a month guys.
Can we please have an explanation.
TEST ACCOUNT = works perfectly.
AH ACCOUNT = simply is not.

Free-Time and Rollover is something that we'll be applying to all Capped Fibre packages very soon.

Personally it makes sense to me that the pricing is similar between 200GB Capped Fibre and Home Uncapped Fibre (200GB threshold). :)

So again the SAIX test account shows no problems and AH does.
Second time we've been here in a month guys.
Can we please have an explanation.
TEST ACCOUNT = works perfectly.
AH ACCOUNT = simply is not.

Thanks for testing. :) I'm passing it onto our NOC Team.

Free-Time and Rollover is something that we'll be applying to all Capped Fibre packages very soon.

Personally it makes sense to me that the pricing is similar between 200GB Capped Fibre and Home Uncapped Fibre (200GB threshold). :)

Doesn't to me.
Current = 200GB capped on VDSL 20mbps @ R584.
I get 200GB + 400GB free time = 600GB on a line that, in theory, isn't throttled.
Capped Fibre 20/20mbps @R779.
Get 200GB with no free time (currently communicated by AH) and no confirmation of rollover (same comms)
200GB and tough takkie.
UnCapped Home Fibre 20/20mbps @ R799
Get 200GB then get hamstrung - throttled.

So I'm not seeing that value proposition in Fibre. More costly and lower data allowances.
This, along with the shockingly poorly performing network, has made the AH value proposition all together poorer.
